In 2012, we started our adventure from bunch to glass by planting our 5 kinds of grapes on our 100-acre land in Dağovacık, Zeytinler village of Urla. Since the day we started, we have been producing with our organic agriculture certificate, at peace with nature, and without disturbing the rich soil structure of Urla. We take the name of our wine brand from the herds of partridges that we often see on the way to the vineyard... "PERDIX". In 2017, we started our first production in our PERDIX winery, where Urla's historical texture and modern architecture are combined. We continue our journey and learn new things everyday while keeping our excitement as fresh as it was on the first day.
