While the total harvest weight (kg) showed a slight year-on-year contraction, the juice extraction yield (lt/kg) saw a notable 6% improvement. We observed a slight 2.3% decrease in white varieties, contrasted by a 6.3% increase in red varieties. In terms of varietal expression, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Urla Karası demonstrated exceptional performance in the red category. Among the whites, Bornova Misketi, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc exhibited a remarkable increase in overall quality and profile.
